2PM

BIOGRAPHY
2PM is a South Korean boy band, originally a seven-member group, but currently consisting of six members due to the sudden contract termination of leader Jaebeom following an Internet controversy in September 2009. They are managed by JYP Entertainment. The current members are Junsu, Junho, Nickhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung and Chansung.
2PM is one of the two subgroups branched out from the eleven-member (before Jaebeom's departure) boy band One Day, the other being 2AM. They debuted with the song "10 Jeom Manjeome 10 Jeom", which showcased their acrobatic dance styles. They achieved their first No.1 song with "Again & Again".


2010
On February 25, 2010, JYP Entertainment announced that Park Jaebeom would not be returning to 2PM, as his contract with the company had been permanently terminated. A fan meeting/press conference was held two days later with the 6 remaining members of 2PM and JYP Entertainment CEO Choi Jungwook in attendance, where it was announced that although 2PM would continue promoting as 6 members, a new leader would not be chosen to replace Park.
In mid-April 2010, 2PM released image and video teasers for their third single Don't Stop Can't Stop, for which the group promised to showcase an even stronger side of themselves than before. The EP, containing 6 tracks, was released on April 19, 2010. The lead single, Without U, quickly rose to the #1 posiition on 6 different music charts. The group made their television performance comeback on Mnet's music program M! Countdown on April 22, 2010.
2PM has been confirmed as the opening act for their label-mates, popular girl group Wonder Girls for 9 shows on the latter's United States headlining summer tour. 2PM also performed at the 8th annual Korea Times Music Festival in Los Angeles, California on May 1, 2010, and will also be performing at the Dream Concert in Seoul, South Korea on May 22, 2010.



Don't Stop Can't Stop


Don't Stop Can't Stop is the third extended play by South Korean boy band, 2PM. The album was released in digital and physical format by April 19, 2010. 


4MINUTE
BIOGRAPHY
4minute is a South Korean girl group created by Cube Entertainment who have released various singles and EPs since their founding in 2009. The members consist of Nam JiHyun, Heo Gayoon, Jeon Jiyoon, Kim Hyun-Ah, and Kwon Sohyun.
Their announced their first appearance in 2009, along with two of the group's members, Kim HyunAh and Nam JiHyun. Although Jihyun is known ad the leader, many singing parts and centered dancing roles belong to Hyuna (who is a former member of Wonder Girls). On June 11, 2009, their video was released online, along with their official website. The remaining three members' identities were kept secret until June 12.
The girls promoted their song "Hot Issue" in August 2009. At the end of August too, 4Minute released a mini-album called "For Muzik" which was alongside their second single, "Muzik". Their third single was "What A Girl Wants" and was revealed not long after the release of their EP.
On June 21, 2009, after the first week of "Hot Issue" promotions, fans stole various items from the group's van, including clothing and other items. It was unfortunate that such an event occured.
On August 27, 2009, Korean broadcaster KBS banned playing of the 4minute song "Won't Give" for what they considered to be overly sexual lyrical content. Lyrics in question, in the style of a first-person narrative, express an unwillingness on the part of the subject to "give" herself or her heart to her partner.
4minute was featured in fellow label-mate Mario's Christmas digital single "Jingle Jingle", which was released on December 2, 2009, the music video premiered online on December 3, 2009.
They have recorded a remix with American artist Amerie for her song "Heard 'Em All" to be released on the Asian version of her fourth album.
HIT YOUR HEART (HuH)
This is the second album by the group. The mini-album was released on May 19,2010, and contains 7 tracks. "HuH" was being used as the promotional song for the mini-album. The song debuted at number 5 on South Korea's Gaon Singles Chart and later peaked at number 3 for two weeks. Promotions for the album in South Korea continued with "I My Me Mine", which later received a single release in Japan.
